The Center for Faith Formation at Saint Charles Borromeo offers youth faith formation (grades 1 through 9), including preparation for the Sacraments of First Holy Communion, First Penance & Reconciliation, and Confirmation. The Center also offers adult faith formation opportunities for those interested in deepening their spiritual lives. Youth Faith Formation Update

Our faith community's 2010-2011 youth faith formation program begins during the week of Sunday, October 10th.
The registration deadline is Sunday, September 26th at 7:00pm.
Late registrations will not be accepted. No exceptions.
If you would like to enroll in either our adult or youth faith formation program, please click on the appropriate tab for a registration form.
If you cannot afford tuition, please contact Cliff Garvey as soon as possible.
